Structure of a typical Huntwood Associates management development programme
- Three month programme
- 10 – 15 Managers
- Month One: psychometrics, setting of individual programme objectives,. Workshops focusing on managing self, personal impact.
- Month Two: workshops focusing on managing others, communications and influencing, coaching skills
- Month Three: workshops on change, leadership and coaching
- Individual coaching in month one and three
- Follow up and evaluation
Bespoke package
