Hazel is an experienced facilitator and workshop leader with a naturally interactive and inclusive style. She has the ability to simultaneously ease you into learning about both difficult and sensitive subjects and encourage you to question some of the commonly held myths and assumptions about stress

Hazel is leading Huntwood’s new wellbeing services to help people manage stress in the workplace, from both a personal and manager perspective. For managers, the workshop focus is to equip them to identify and manage stress in their teams. They discuss the reasons for stress in the context of their workplace, the stigma surrounding the issue, learn about the value of better conversations, and how to minimise the impact of stress on other team members

The workshops are often integrated with one-to-one coaching providing the opportunity to discuss and explore individual and team challenges

Hazel also works with wider groups helping them to understand and manage their personal stress levels and to improve the language of stress. These can be workshops or lunch and learn sessions

Hazel trained as a Mental Health First Aid Trainer in 2009 and runs the certified two day Mental Health First Aider course and the LITE half day version. Both of which are popular for corporates, retail, professional services, public sector and smaller entrepreneurial businesses

In the last twenty years Hazel has also led workshops on unconscious bias, motivation and equality and diversity.  As an equality and inclusion specialist her work has included human resources and operational issues, carrying out analysis of the impact of policy and procedures on equality in healthcare

As a Motivational Maps® business practitioner Hazel’s expertise on motivation enables her to provide additional insight to her coaching clients along with a language to talk about motivation and setting achievable goals

Hazel’s focus is on personal and organisational development that improves the wellbeing of individuals and has a positive impact on business goals. She has successfully delivered courses to bankers, lawyers, accountants, nurses, construction workers, paramedics, teachers, students, graduates, health and well-being practitioners, advertising agents, therapists and many more

Hazel holds a Diploma in Education, a Diploma in Life Coaching and is an affiliate member of the CIPD
