Celeste has operated at board and senior executive level for many years. She has extensive experience in leading large teams and developing individual talent. Her past lives include: running the UK’s largest social enterprise and senior roles in human resources, marketing, change management and organisational development

Her background in multiple industries including: financial services (Prudential/ANZ), manufacturing/FMCG (Fosters Group now SAB Miller), telecoms (Telstra), government, healthcare, the arts and advertising gives strong credibility to her relationships with CEO’s and heads of function, as well as that toughest of audiences, entrepreneurs

Celeste has a positive, engaging style and is an experienced organisational consultant and challenging coach. She believes optimal business results are achieved by focusing on improving key relationships and driving leadership effectiveness

Celeste’s professional understanding is augmented by qualifications: a Bachelor of Business, Marketing (Distinction) and a current Postgraduate in Applied Psychology. In addition she has experience of multiple psychometric tools (inc. MBTI, OPQ, 360), emotional intelligence and is an advocate of systems and lean thinking, which she uses in her group and individual sessions

Celeste has many specialties, most of them commercial, but she gets the biggest kick out of making individuals, teams and businesses change their way of working to achieve amazing things. An eternal optimist she sees, and reveals, the secret power in almost everything and everyone
